AV, UC and IT systems

Every device, every manufacturer, every connection: the Obsero Agent communicates both with the media control system and directly with the end devices, and has a complete picture of the dependencies in the room – from the power supply and the network to the audio and video signal. On that basis the Obsero Management Platform assesses the room as a whole and specifically identifies the cause of any fault.

Obsero Agent

Security starts in the room. The Obsero Agent connects your media technology to the platform without making your network accessible from outside: all connections are established outbound only and encrypted. At the same time it acts as a data protection gateway and transmits only technical operating data – personal data does not leave the room. This way Obsero fits seamlessly into your IT's security and compliance requirements and creates full operational transparency – without compromising on data protection.

Obsero Management Platform

All information comes together in the Obsero Management Platform: this is where the state of every room is assessed and where alerts, analyses and reports are created – consistently for support, ITSM and management. Every customer gets a fully isolated environment with no shared database. The platform runs either as a cloud service in German data centers or on-premises in your own infrastructure.
